To: Reposition on lands the development as previously granted under Planning Ref. No:P18-159, e.g. for construction of a new detached 3 bedroom house, with associated garage, office, and studio, associated sewage treatment unit with percolation area and ancillary works all off existing road access. The design of the development is to remain essentially as previously granted. If this application is successful, the existing grant reference P18-159 is to be extinguished

To: (1) convert and extend the existing barn into a work space, storage rooms, film editing rooms, and welcoming area; (2) construct a quiet nature room, for children to spend some time and reflect indoors after outdoor forest school sessions; (3) upgrade the existing sewage system

For construction of a new detached 3 bedroom house with associated garage, office and studio, associated sewage treatment unit with percolation area and ancillary works, all off existing road access

Of alterations to existing dwelling house as constructed (Installation of velux roof windows to front and rear and increased height of roof), first floor shower and toilet and also existing shed/ workshop and all associated site works

For the following development: to (a) construct a first-floor extension over part of the existing dwelling house; (b) elevational changes to the existing house; (c) upgrade existing wastewater treatment system; (d) all associated site works and services

For development which will consist of a new entrance, a driveway, a waste water treatment system and percolation area together with associated site works
