For a) permission to demolish an existing extension and shed to the rear of existing dwelling house, b) permission to construct a new extension to the rear and North side of this dwelling and c) alterations to the existing dwelling house including a new front porch along with a new site entrance and ancillary works

Of the following: the conversion of the attached garage for domestic use, the extension to the dwelling at ground and first floor levels, the altered fenestration to the dwelling and the revised entrance location & all other associated site and ancillary works

For development which will consist of the construction of a dwelling house, garage, a proprietary waste water treatment system and ancillary site works.

To RETAIN domestic shed and a log cabin gym and sauna within the curtilage of existing home

To make design alterations to the dwelling house granted under planning permission P22-922 along with all associated works

To re-construct and extend existing dwelling house, to include the demolition of two existing out houses and planning PERMISSION to re-construct the remaining outhouse as a carport and storage facility and to include a new sewage treatment system with all necessary ancillary services
