Extend and refurbish my cottage, to decommission existing septic tank and to install an on-site treatment system and all associated site works

(a) complete restoration of an existing derelict cottage to include new single storey extension to side, (b) new on-site domestic wastewater treatment system, (c) landscaping and all associated site development works

Revised extension to that previously granted under Planning Ref 94/1119 along with retention for the upgrading of existing septic tank to a wastewater treatment system and percolation area and all associated site works

Development which consists of the following works to the one/two storey detached dwelling: Removal of one/two storey extensions to rear of existing house; construction of a replacement one/two storey extension with a roof light to the rear; refurbishment and internal amendments to the existing house including elevational changes to front, side and rear elevations and construction of a roof light to the rear roof; demolition of existing barn in rear garden and replacement with new reduced single storey shed; all associated repair work, drainage, landscaping and site works

Bungalow, garage, on site treatment unit, new entrance to existing farm avenue, entrance to public road via existing farm entrance and all associated site works
