Construction of a single storey "granny flat" attached to the north-west gable end of the existing house. The proposed accommodation shall comprise of a bedroom, kitchen/dining/living room/bathroom. Two Velux roof lights located at the rear of the proposed extension, attic of the proposed extension to be converted to accommodate office storage space.
