For replacement dwelling at Dunleckney, Muine Bheag, Co. Carlow, R21 PX53 to include the following: 1) To partially demolish/modify the existing single storey dwelling - to facilitate sightlines (by allowing for reinstatement of roadside wall alignment) & to convert the existing single storey dwelling to domestic garage 2) improvements to existing established vehicular site entrance 3) to construct a new two storey dwelling house 4) provision of a new treatment plant & percolation area 5) new bore hole well 6) all associated site development works.

For a stand-alone studio outbuilding within the grounds of Dunleckney Glebe House ancillary and associated with the residential use of the main building. Dunleckney Glebe House is a protected structure RPS reference CW276

Development will consist of essential maintenance and repair works to the Barrow Navigation, in accordance with Waterways Ireland’s statutory remit, comprising the following: (i) Bank Revetment & Strengthening Works, (ii) Post-Flood Spot Dredging & Maintenance Dredging, (iii) Back-drain Maintenance, (iv) Small-scale Bank Repair Works, (v) Trackway Surface Upgrade Works, (vi) 10 no. Temporary Construction Compounds, (vii) Temporary mobile welfare units, and, (viii) All works ancillary and incidental to the maintenance and repair works referred to above. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared in respect of the planning application and will be submitted with the planning application

The construction of a portal frame Grain storage unit and all associated site development works

The development will consist of the improvement and upgrading of the existing public landing Jetty by replacing the damaged and deteriorating walkway with a slip resistant decking material and repairing the canal bank along the length of the Jetty to prevent future erosion and undercutting of the bank. A Natura Impact statement has been prepared for the project and submitted with the application.
