1) Retention of existing 37msq commercial steel frame shed and 2) Erection of 30msq extension to commercial steel frame shed and all associated site works

To construct an extension to side of existing dwelling with minor alterations to accommodate same and all associated site works

The demolition of existing sheds and the construction of 2 no. 2-storey 3-bedroom houses and 1 no. 2-storey 2-bedroom house in a 3 unit terrace, a new vehicle entrance, on-site parking, connections to mains services, hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments and all associated site works to facilitate the development

(a) partial demolition & internal alterations of an existing office (previously granted under planning ref. 06/864); (b) demolition of a block wall & steel railing boundary treatment; (c) the construction of a 119m2 extension comprising of additional office accommodation; (d) relocation of the existing front yard area further south of the site and; (e) all associated landscaping and site development works
