For development consisting of a stand alone single storey building for use as a coffee pod (circa 232 sq.m.), outdoor sitting area with umbrella awning over, awning over windows on the east elevation, revisions to existing car parking layout, revised screening/landscaping to existing footpath/car park. New signage and all associated site development work to complete the development

For the installation of a modular substation and ancillary site development works; to facilitate 2 no. shared electric vehicle charging units and 4 no. charging bays and ancillary site works within a partially reconfigured parking area
