Construct the following: (1) LV Switch Room & Electrical Substation to replace existing Switch room/substation (Drumcrow) (2) New machinery shelter (Elteen) together with all ancillary and associated site development works (protected structure)

For roof over existing Silage Pit together with all ancillary and associated site development works at Ballyhaise Agricultural College (Protected Structure)

For the construction of a 3 storey student accommodation block comprising 24 en-suite bedrooms, living and kitchen facilities, ground floor communal spaces and ancillary accommodation together with associated site works and services

For development which will provide for the the upgrade of the Ballyhaise Wastewater Treatment Plant and will generally comprise of the following: the construction of a new storm water holding tank complete with internal cleaning system, internal storm return pumps, access ladder and platform; construction of new sludge drying reed beds complete with sludge feed and filtrate return pipework and also a filtrate return pumping station; construction of new storm water forward feed and final effluent wash water pumping stations; installation of a kiosk to house electrical switchgear and all ancillary site works
