For change of use from existing dwelling house to café, to erect single storey extension to café, alterations to site, including car park and upgrading of site entrance and all ancillary works

To erect fully serviced part 1 1/2 storey/part single storey extension to the side and rear of an existing single storey cottage, detached domestic garage, new wastewater treatment system, percolation area and all ancillary works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.

For two storey dwelling, new entrance, waste water treatment system, percolation area and associated site works

To alter and extend existing dwelling to include construction of bedrooms on first floor, raising the ridge level, increase the floor area on ground floor to the rear, new roof, fascia etc and connect to existing services and all associated site works

To remove old outhouses/sheds and extend existing animal holding facilities to include roofed dry lying areas with feeding passages, open handling yard with crush, storage shed for machinery/fodder and concrete aprons all to connect to existing associated services

To renovate existing dwelling, construct extension comprising two-storey and single storey, detached domestic garage, close existing entrance and provide new entrance & driveway, effluent treatment system & percolation area, landscaping and site development works
