To Extend the Appropriate Period of Planning Permission P13-514 to renovate and extend a dwelling and to provide all ancillary works

For development which will consist of the construction of telecommunications infrastructure comprised of; an 18 metre monopole support structure (21.1m overall structure height to top of omni antennas) carrying antennas, dishes and associated telecommunications equipment, together with new ground level equipment cabinets, fencing and all associated site works. The proposal includes the removal of an existing 10 metre wooden pole with emergency services equipment to be replaced onto the new support structure

To replace a 12m wooden pole with a 21m high telecommunications monopole together with antennas, dishes and associated telecommunications equipment, enclosed by security fencing

To alter granted planning permission reference P19/415 by subdividing the two storey detached house into two apartments along with all associated works

To demolish an existing garage and to construct 5 no. dwelling units, along with ancillary site works

Of new rear site boundary location granted under Planning Permission P19/415 and P24/60195 at existing site
