Proposed childcare facility (Part 2-storey/ part single storey - circa 250 sqm) in lieu of 2-storey detached house currently permitted under Ref. 17/245 together with associated site development works including designated car park spaces (& set down area along Chapel Road)

Intensification of use of existing childcare facility (currently known as ‘Little Stars (on the Lane)’ granted permission under Reg. Ref. 18/697 and ABP-303660-19. The development will consist of increase in capacity to provide for 49 No. children (45 full day care spaces and 4 sessional places) at ‘Seagreen’ childcare facility

(A) single storey side extension and conversion of non-habitable attic space into habitable fifth bedroom with ensuite with roof windows to front and rear roof slopes and window to eastern gable. (B) All associated site development works, drainage and landscaping to accommodate new side extension

1) Conversion of existing 3 bedroom house into a 4 bedroom house. 2) Conversion of attic space into a habitable bedroom / storage space. 3) Velux windows to the front and rear elevations. These Velux to comply with fire regulations and means of escape conditions. 4) Fixed access stairs from first floor to attic space. 5) All associated works. TO integrate the proposed extension into existing house and services

The construction of a new dwelling, relocation of existing entrance, Connection to main sewer and associated site works

Conversion of existing attic space with the introduction of rooflights on front and rear slopes of existing roof
