For alterations to house and site boundaries granted under P8/13994 and planning PERMISSION to relocate the sewerage treatment system and percolation area along with all necessary associated works

To RETAIN the following a) the rear extension and elevational changes made to the as constructed dwelling house b) changes to the elevations of the as constructed garage c) front boundary wall and vehicular entrance as constructed along with associated site works
