The proposed units will be utilised as an extension of the existing East Clare Golf Village

For the foundations and walls to ground floor level of a garage as constructed, which differs to that granted under planning permission P08-147, and for PERMISSION to extend the foundation, and to construct a garage with hobby room, all with associated site works

To construct a six bay slatted cattle shed with creep area and cattle handling area

To relocate the entrance to house including the drainage pipe under the entrance and all associated site works
