To extend the appropriate period of Planning Permission P13/696 to construct a centre for the provision of walking tours to the members of the public

Of the rear extension to existing dwelling consisting of a kitchen/dining area and a living room together with ancillary site works

For the following works: to construct a new dwelling house, garage, new site entrance, wastewater treatment system and percolation area and all associated site works

To RETAIN development on site which consists of the construction of a dormer residence and ancillary site works. The site entrance and the position of the structures is at variance with the site map submitted with the original application. The residence as built is at variance with the plans originally submitted for planning permission. An additional roadside gate has been provided for maintenance of the water treatment system.

To construct a new dwelling house, construct a new entrance, set back a section of the roadside boundary to improve sight distance and install an advanced wastewater treatment system along with all associated site works

To RETAIN the existing dwelling house as constructed, existing waste water treatment system (as per Grant of Planning Permission Ref. P07/48) as constructed, existing site boundaries including all ancillary site services and works
