For development which will consist of a change of use and refurbishment of an existing single storey agricultural structure as a consultant's office, with connections to existing services and ancillary site works

For development which will consist of the construction of a 48 square metre single storey freestanding study and utility store to the side of existing dwelling house, with alterations to site works and services

To RETAIN the sunroom to the West and altered fenestration to the Front of the existing Dwelling and PERMISSION to extend the single storey section of the existing Dwelling, by adding first floor accommodation onto it and all associated site and ancillary works
