For development including the construction of Ballroom/Function Room building; Leisure Facility building including restaurant; 53 no dwellings to be used for short term tourist accommodation; minor alterations to Doughmore house; a gatehouse; additional car parking and cycle parking. The development will also provide for the dismantling and removal of the existing Marquee structure, all associated ground works, ancillary works and enabling works and connection to existing services and facilities. The proposal will be developed on undeveloped lands previously part of planning permission P03/937 and associated permissions which have been part implemented, which provided for the construction of the existing Trump International Golf Links and Hotel and associated facilities. The development will be on a site of approx. 9.76 Ha (Circa 10Ha). This application is accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement (NIS) and an Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR)

For development of this site at Trump International Golf Links & Hotel, Doonbeg, Kilrush, Co. Clare, V15 KH39. The development will consist of: a) The demolition of the existing event marquee and its associated service areas; the demolition of Doughmore House, including its associated shed, concrete yard, boiler and plant room to the rear. All associated hardstanding, access roads, foundations, services, utilities and site infrastructure relating to the above elements will be removed. b) The construction of a new single-storey ballroom building, comprising a main function room; lobby and pre-function areas; reception space; bar and lounge areas; champagne and tea stations; bridal suite; guest WCs; staff facilities; kitchen and catering areas; chair and bar stores; internal service and plant spaces; an external service yard; and a partially covered external terrace. c) The reconfiguration, upgrading and extension of existing car parking and internal circulation areas, including revised vehicular and pedestrian routes, set-down areas, bicycle parking provision, resurfacing, lighting, and all associated hard and soft landscaping works. d) Site development and landscape works, including embankments, regrading and contouring, footpaths, paved areas, planting, boundary treatments, surface water and foul drainage works, services and utilities connections, and all works required to integrate the development into the existing hotel campus. e) All ancillary site development, excavation and infrastructural works necessary to facilitate the proposed development. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared for this development and is submitted with this planning application

For renovation works and two storey extension to existing dwelling, demolition of existing sheds, new wastewater treatment system and polishing filter, all associated site works and services

For development which will consist of the construction of a new internal access road with drain crossing, formalisation of staff car parking areas and minor alterations to Doughmore House, O’Dea Barn and Healy House and the external areas of each property including fencing and alterations to entrance at O’Dea Barn. The change of use of Doughmore House from Office/Administration use to Leisure/Recreation Use, the change of use of O’Dea Barn from Agricultural use to Operational/Storage Use, the change of use of Healy House from residential to Office/Administration and the Shed at Healy House to Operational/Storage use. The development includes the construction of a new boiler room, pickle ball courts, basketball court, and two soft play areas at Doughmore House and minor alterations. The provision of new windows, doors, screen fencing and minor alterations to O’Dea Barn. The construction and erection of a covered walkway and front porch, minor alterations to the existing storage building, converting an existing door to a window and minor alterations at Healy House and all associated works

Of domestic gable extension / first floor increase, elevational/fenestration changes including raised ridge/soffit heights etc to existing dwelling and B & B, previously granted under Planning Ref P99-2304, plus all ancillary site works

For development of this site at Trump International Golf Links & Hotel, Doonbeg, Kilrush, Co. Clare, V15 KH39. The development will consist of: a) The construction of new golf tee boxes serving Holes 3 and 17, including associated turfing, edging, contouring and grading works to integrate the golf tee boxes into the existing golf course layout and design; b) The demolition and removal of a section of the existing internal access road, and the realignment and construction of a new and upgraded internal access road, including all associated works and services; c) Landscaping and remodelling of adjoining improved grassland areas, including minor contouring, low earth mounding to improve visual screening, integration of the new golf tee boxes and associated walkways, the formation of a pond and associated wetland areas, and the expansion and enhancement of the existing improved grassland; and, d) All associated site development works, including earthworks, temporary fencing, reseeding, landscaping, ground reinstatement and any ancillary works required to facilitate the development. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared for this development and is submitted with this planning application
