For the construction of two single-storey extensions, including all associated site works.

To RETAIN the conversion of 2 no. carports to a family office and living room and RETENTION of elevational alterations, allowing for a doorway and windows to the eastern elevation, and a doorway to the western elevation, at a dwelling house

To construct extension to dwelling house forming Granny Flat as part of dwelling house and upgrading septic tank and percolation area

To alter, extend and renovate existing dwelling house, adjust and upgrade existing roadside boundary / vehicular access, including all associate site works and services ( Previous planning reference P8376/1965)

The development will consist of planning PERMISSION for a period of five years to construct and complete a Solar PV Energy development with a total site area of 16.08 hectares, to include inverter station modules, solar PV panels ground mounted on support structures, internal access tracks, watercourse crossing, security fencing, electrical cabling and ducting, CCTV and other ancillary infrastructure, drainage, additional landscaping and habitat enhancement as required and associated site development works including works relating to the access to the site. The solar farm would be operational for 35 years. A Natura Impact Statement has been prepared in respect of this planning application
