For (a) to demolish existing extension and shed to rear of existing dwelling house and (b) to construct a new extension and garage to the rear of this dwelling including alterations to the dwelling house, new sewage treatment system and ancillary works

To a). construct a single-storey extension to the side and rear of existing dwelling house, including an astro turf play area to rear of extension, and new private garage; b). demolish the existing private garage; c). close off existing front site entrance and create new site entrance from side road; d). upgrade existing wastewater treatment system; e). provide new stone wall boundary treatment along main and side road frontage; f). all associated site works and services; and RETENTION permission for demolished cottage on site
