To retain alterations already carried out to the existing structure including new roof profile and planning PERMISSION to complete the works for change of use to proposed offices, stores and ancillary rooms to include elevational, roof and fenestration changes along with all associated works

Of elevational and layout alterations, amendments to the designated uses of areas granted under planning P23-60321 and P22-287 along with all associated works

To install a first floor to accommodate office space and storage space which will be used as ancillary to the production facility granted under P22-287

For change of use of existing commercial unit building to a new use as a place of public worship/religious instruction together with all associated incidental works
