Of the changes made to dwelling house as constructed along with associated site works

- the development will consist of revisions to previously approved planning application plan ref. No. P18-13 comprising of the omission of extensions to master bedroom and living room, guest ensuite extension and other minor amendments. Revised works will comprise of extension to living room, ensuite extension to master bedroom and conversion of existing boiler room to ensuite, along with previously approved works

For development which will consist of new single storey extensions to front, sides and rear of existing house, revisions to existing window opes to rear and side, new dormer window to rear and new velux roof lights to front elevation, upgrading of existing septic tank to advanced waste water treatment system and soil polishing filter along with ancillary site works

For refurbishment of existing cottage and new extension to rear of cottage, revised vehicular entrance and driveway, proprietary waste water treatment system with percolation area and all associated site works
