Construction of an agricultural shed comprising of milking parlour, dairy, drafting & handling facilities, waiting yard, meal bin & underground slatted parlour washings tank, calf rearing pens, cubicles and underground slatted slurry storage tanks and C. Construction of silage pit and all associated site works

Carry out the following alterations to existing dwelling house (1) demolish single storey flat roof porch to front, (2) construct new two-storey extension to front and rear, proposed works will involve minor alterations to elevations, internal fit-out works, together with all associated site development works
