To (1) demolish the existing slatted and cubicle sheds and replace them with an agricultural shed which will consist of slatted area with slurry holding tnak underneath and cubicles (2) construct cattle handling yards with walls and all associated site works

To construct a single storied dwelling house and a detached domestic garage, installing a proprietary treatment unit percolation area, making a new entrance onto the road along with all ancillary site development works

For revisions to planning permission granted under planning Ref 22/214 and will include the following: (1) To revise the design of the single storied dwelling house previously granted on the site (2) Minor revisions to the site layout (3) All ancillary site development works

For amendments to previous granted Planning Permission Ref: 2360187, for a two storey style dwelling house, domestic garage, form new entrance onto public road, install proprietary mechanical wastewater treatment system and all associated site works. The amendments for which this Planning Application refers are for (1) reposition dwelling house, (2) reposition garage, and (3) reposition vehicular entrance onto the public road
