For development consisting of the construction of a single storey detached garage adjacent to the main dwelling house and an extension of the existing driveway to the garage

To revise dwelling design of that previously granted under planning ref. no: 20/608, revise position of dwelling and garage on site, install waste water treatment system and percolation area, form new entrance from public road, together with all associated site works

Construct part two-storey / part single storey style dwelling, detached domestic garage, install proprietary sewage treatment unit and percolation area and form new entrance from the public road, together with all associates site works

To consist of constructing a two storey type dwelling house and a detached domestic garage, installing a proprietary waste water treatment unit and percolation area and to make a new entrance onto the public road with all ancillary site development works

For alterations to existing 4 bedroom single storey dwelling to include (1) construction of single storey dining room to side of existing dwelling (2) elevation modifications including window and door orientations (3) change of internal layout in ground floor (4) removal of existing roof and construction of newly modified roof to incorporate 2 no. bedrooms and ancilliary rooms to first floor (5) to construct domestic garage (6) revised entrance location and completion (7) to decommission existing waste water treatment unit on site and place new sewerage treatment unit and percolation area (8) and complete all ancillary site works
