The retention relates to a single storey flat roofed extension to the front elevation, together with a change in roof type over part of the main building. The works relate to previous planning ref 16/382 and 17/376

To construct 4 no. fully serviced detached two-storey dwellings with service road and access previously approved. Planning permission is also sought for second entrance to remaining lands, connection to existing services and associated works
