For the construction of 3 no. Advanced Manufacturing Units at Blocks K & L. The buildings consist of a single storey high-bay industrial floor with ancillary office area and roof plant. Sites-works for all 3 buildings to include both a mix of new and upgraded vehicular entrances to service delivery/service yards and 296 no. car parking spaces. The construction of new hard surfaced ancillary delivery/service yards, 148 no. bicycle parking spaces, single storey refuse compounds, building signage, rainwater harvesting tanks, and all ancillary landscaping and associated site works and services. The buildings are to replace the existing structures on site, the demolition of which was granted under Pl. Ref no's 18/416 and 18/417. The planning application is accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement.

For development at Bay 135 and 137, Shannon Free Zone West, Shannon, Co. Clare. This application is an amendment to previously approved planning application reference no. 21/611, and consists of the following:- Bay 135 - Incorporation of existing ancillary toilet areas into this unit and the subdivision of the floor area from 3 to 2 no. Advanced Manufacturing Units. - Bay 137 - Subdivision of floor area to provide for two potential layout options as follows: Option A: Subdivision from 4 to 3 no. Business Technology and Innovation units (Unit 01 Area: 516m2) (Unit 02 Area: 342m2) (Unit 03 Area: 520m2) Option B: Subdivision from 4 to 2 no. Business Technology and Innovation units (Unit 01 Area: 864m2) (Unit 02 Area: 520m2). Works include associated elevational changes. Other works include alterations to the existing site layout with reduction of provision of new carparking spaces from 25 to 18 no. The planning application is accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement.

The development consists of alterations to the existing elevations of:- Bay 135, with the construction of 15sqm new floor area with subdivision into 3 no. Advanced Manufacturing Units- Consisting of a single storey high industrial floor with ancillary office area - bay 137 with subdivision into 4 no Business Technology and Innovation Units. Other works include alterations to the existing site layout with a new access road to serve Bay 135 units, the provision of 25 no new car parking which include accessible spaces, set down area with vehicular and HGV access point to the perimeter of site. Secure bicycle parking spaces, refuse stores with roof level and site level external service areas, building signage with all ancillary landscaping and associated site works and services.
