For the erection of a Steel Clad Domestic Garage to rear of existing dwelling and for permission for the removal of existing glass house and poly tunnel including ancillary site works

To a) demolish existing detached garage, b) construct single storey extension to the existing dwelling house and c) make modifications to the internal layout of the existing dwelling house including all ancillary site services

For the following items: RETENTION of a later edition extension to the rear of an existing original house, consisting of 1 additional bedroom at ground floor level and additional bedrooms at first floor or attic level when the new roof was being constructed (Circa 15 years ago), including velux roof lights to the side and a minor modification to the site boundary to ensure the septic tank and its associated percolation area fall within the house lands, and all associated site works on and under land

For development which will consist of the construction of a dwelling house, a proprietary waste water treatment system and ancillary site works

For development, the development consists of the construction of a milking parlour, slatted cubicle unit and associated site works

For the following 1. Replacement of existing rear extension with new two storey extension to rear and side, 2. new entrance gate, piers and parking area, including adjustment to existing boundary wall 3. minor modifications to existing elevations 4. demolition of single storey flat roof garage to side of dwelling 5. replace existing effluent with new effluent treatment system and percolation area 6. and all necessary site works and services
