For development consisting of the construction of a single storey extension to provide accommodation for four bedrooms with en-suite facilities and associated site works. The development is within the curtilage of a Protected Structure (listed no 378). No works are proposed to the protected structure as part of this application.

To demolish existing farm sheds and construct a dwelling house, garage, entrance, driveway, and wastewater treatment system with all associated site works

To RETAIN the change of use from Domestic Garage to Additional Montessori School Area and all associated site and ancillary works

Of the converted shed for use as a spare bedroom for the occupants of the main dwelling, for PERMISSION to extend the shed with a linked storage area and a new building for use as a hobby room /pottery shed and all associated and ancillary site works
