For development of lands at the premises of the now disused former St Joseph's Secondary School at Tulla, Co. Clare. The development will consist of the demolition and removal from the site of all buildings on site and disposal of same off site

For the construction of 17 houses on a site at the junction of Chapel Street and the R462, part of the former site of the Tulla secondary School

To make minor modifications to the layout of the existing dwelling and to construct a two storey extension to rear of existing dwelling house, with all associated site works
