To RETAIN the existing site entrance, existing front boundary block wall, the entrance block wall/piers, the internal roadway and internal block wall. PERMISSION is also sought to apply stone to the front boundary block wall and the entrance block wall/piers along with associated site works

For development which will consist of (1) A revised dwelling house design incorporating a granny flat and car port annex; (2) A revised garage design and location incorporating a fuel storage area; (3) Amendments to site layout, all to that previously granted under Planning References P13-5 and P08-574

To construct extensions to the side and front of an existing derelict dwelling house along with alterations/renovations to the existing house and the construction of a domestic garage and a new wastewater treatment system along with ancillary works

To renovate an existing cottage and construct an extension to the rear along with an effluent treatment system and associated site works

For the following works (A) Demolish an existing extension constructed to the rear of the existing dwelling, (B) Renovate and make changes to the layout and elevations of the existing dwelling (C) Construct new extension to front of the existing dwelling and (D) Install replacement effluent treatment system, all with associated site works

Permission consequent on the grant of outline permission (Reference No. P25-10) to construct a dwelling house and garage, with effluent treatment system, and to make alterations to the agricultural entrance to access the dwelling, all with associated site works
