Planning precedent report

For the following; a) PERMISSION to upgrade existing front façade of building to include new access ramps, proposed shelter booths, entrance, lobby area, external café seating area / booths, revised terrace and canopy area at main entrance courtyard, b) demolition of existing tower in courtyard, c) to construct/extend the existing roof over the proposed new pool viewing area to courtyard, d) proposed 2 storey extension consisting of gym, changing rooms, associated toilets and showers, e) general internal floor layout revisions within existing building, f) proposed single storey plant room at rear of building, g) upgrade of existing roof and external wall finishes throughout, including all ancillary associated site works

For the following: a) to erect 2 number 5m high pellet silos and 5.2m high screening to enclose silos at rear of existing building and provide internal M & E room associated with same, b) 15 Number geo-thermal boreholes in connection with proposed heating system, c) to remove existing fitness area at rear of building and replace with new changing rooms, toilet and store to rear of building, d( provide a total of 420 number PV Panels on existing roofs as per associated drawings, e) provide for new rooflights, including all ancillary associated site works

For the following a) to construct a single storey rear extension, b) to provide a new glazed façade to the external plaza area on the front elevation, c) to apply new wall and glazing finishes to the front elevation of the SeaWorld Complex, d) to construct a new first floor area over the gym/training area to be used in conjunction with existing facilities / activities taking place in the Seaworld Complex, e) to move the children's swimming pool into the main swim hall area and to change the use of this area to provide a new beach/surf shop and to extend the existing retail already in place, f) to install new rooflights and make good works to existing roof, g) to carry out internal changes to the main swim hall, changing room areas, gym area and main entrance area, along with associated site works

To RETAIN the following a) The external ramp serving the entrance to Seaworld, b) The existing outdoor seating area serving Randaddy's Restaurant, c) Minor alterations made to the external façade of Randaddy's Restaurant as granted permission under P17-545

To replace existing roller door at front of premises with a glazed window section together with associated site works

To RETAIN construction of new block wall sections to rear of building
