Planning precedent report

To (a) demolish existing attached garage and boiler house, (b) renovate and extend existing dwelling house, including the construction of a side and a rear extension, stone cladding to chimney and new windows and doors with all associated site works

For development, the development will consist of an extension to the rear of the existing dwelling house c/w ancillary site works

To construct an extension to the existing dwelling and retention permission to RETAIN the existing storage shed to the side of the existing dwelling and all associated site works

To RETAIN variations and additions to dwelling house as constructed from that approved under Planning Permission Ref: P8-4900

For the removal of existing extensions, the refurbishment of the existing house and construction of a new rear and side extension, garage, garden shed and associated site works

To revise the plans previously granted under reference P21-270; including the reduction of the overall extension area & all other associated site and ancillary works
