For a change of use from Nursing Home to Mental Health Intellectual Disability Day Service. PERMISSION is sought for additional car parking on site and all associated works above and below ground

To RETAIN existing partially underground detached domestic garage including ramped access and all ancillary works

For proposed development which will consist of 1) Extension to the retail shop to the northern elevation of the existing shop including retail area, ancillary offices, staff facilities and external façade signage; 2) Construction of an agri-chemical store as an extension to the western elevation of the existing storage building; 3)_ Construction of a covered garden centre area; 4) New concrete yards areas, customer car parking, boundary treatments; 5) Relocation of one of the existing site entrances from the public road to facilitate the siting of the new extension to the retail shop; 6) Free standing illuminated totem sign; 7) Proprietary wastewater treatment system and percolation area and all associated site development and drainage works

To construct new site entrance and connecting driveway to serve an existing dwelling/site curtilage including all associated site works

For a change of use of part of the ground floor of the existing sports complex building into a preschool and all ancillary site works

To construct a community playground, safety surfacing, fencing also to include footpath, a cycle path and resurfacing existing road and car park together with all associated site works
