(viii) And the provision of dedicated area to the north of the existing centre of excellence building to be used as an occasional farmers/local market. Ancillary site works include the resurfacing of car parking areas, ball-stop netting serving each of the proposed pitches, public allotments and sensory garden areas
For the construction of a synthetic all-weather playing pitch ( 145m x 85m ), the installation of 6 No. Floodlighting Masts ( 25m high ) with a floodlighting average spread of 500 lux at pitch level, the installation of behind goal netting ( 35m long x12m high ) and associated site works at Clare GAA Sports Facility. ( Planning Permission for this all-weather pitch and associated floodlighting was previously granted under planning reference P05-1416, P08-961, and P10-22).
