The commercial uses will be clustered around a proposed 'village green' (345 sq m) which is connected to the Main Street. The development will also include the repositioning of the existing access to the site, 137 no. ancillary car parking spaces; hard and soft landscaping including ancillary allotments; lighting; balconies facing South, East and West; solar panels; boundary treatments; ESB substation; changes in level; and all associated site development works above and below ground. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared in respect of the proposed development and will be submitted to the Planning Authority with this Planning Application
