Demolition of existing 498 sqm commercial unit and removal of existing temporary car wash shed, construction of 41 housing units to be constructed in two phases: phase 1 to include construction of 33 housing units that shall consist of 12 one bed duplex apartments and 12 two bed duplex apartments identified as blocks 1, 2 and 5 and construction of 9 three bedroom two story houses identified as blocks 3, 4 and 6 and installation of a temporary wastewater treatment plant with connection to existing services, erection of retaining wall and back land filling same wall along existing railway line, Phase 2 will include the removal of temporary on site waste water treatment plant on completion of Arklow's Waste Water Treatment Plant and construct 4 one bed and 4 two bed duplex apartments identified as block 7, connection to existing services

Revisions to the design of Block 1 and Block 2 granted by An Bord Pleanala Ref: 311011-21. The revisions include removal of external access stairs to first floor Duplexes, revisions to external elevations, floor layouts and minor repositioning of Block 1 & 2

Demolition of existing bungalow and construction of 8 number housing units consisting of 4 x two-bedroom ground floor apartments and 4 number 3-bedroom duplexes with connection to existing services

Alterations and additions to an existing dormer detached dwelling house, comprising the construction of a new single-storey extension with a new kitchen, family and dining area to the rear (south) elevation including the provision of new & modified window openings to the existing west & east side elevations and new rooflights to west & east facing roof, together with a new entrance porch canopy to the side entrance (east) side elevation all connecting into existing services and including all associated site works
