Raise the existing west facing (side) gable wall to form a new dutch style gable roof in lieu of the existing hipped roof in order to allow for a new access stairs from first floor level up to the existing attic store level together with the construction of a new flat roofed dormer style window to the rear of the existing north facing roof at attic store level
