The development includes a total extension area of 20.58m2 comprising ground floor extension of 11.82m2 and first floor extension of 8.75m2 to my existing dwelling of gross area 74.56m2 on my site area of 213.25m2. The proposed works include partial demolition of the ground floor rear wall to my kitchen, relocation of a first-floor side window, internal reconfigurations, reconfigured services, and all associated site works.
