For materials recovery and transfer facility consisting of a sorting building, hardstand area, portable office & canteen, portaloo toilet, wheelwash, weighbridge and all associated ancillary works

The development will consist of the filling of lands with soil & stone material (application area 3.0 hectares, volume 80,000 tonnes over 7 years) to restore/reinstate quarry lands and all associated ancillary works. The planning application is accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement (NIS)

The development will consist of the importation of inert waste consisting of soil and stone material to improve land for agricultural use and all associated ancillary works.

To (1) construct a four bedroom dormer bungalow and single storey domestic garage and all associated site works. All to be serviced by suitable effluent treatment system. (2) Close existing agricultural entrance and alter existing access lane-way to existing farm yard. Provide new agricultural entrance to existing farm yard and all associated site works

Permission is sought to retain partially constructed dwelling house as constructed and full planning permission is sought to install a proprietary treatment system and associated percolation area and full planning permission is sought for the completion of the dwelling house all ancillary site works and services
