To complete the construction of 4 dwellings (House No's 34-37 inclusive) including alterations to house designs, as completion of the development as granted under P05-2260. Also for permission for the construction of 23 new dwellings (House no's 38-60 inclusive) including connections to existing site services, completion of revised roads layout footpaths, lighting & green areas (including retaining existing green area) as a variation from original layout as granted under P05-2260 including ancillary site works

To Extend the Appropriate Period of time of Planning Ref P18/519 for the construction of 19 no. detached dwelling houses, 2 no. new site entrances and connection to existing utilities together with ancillary site development works

For the following development on property at Site Nos. 11 to 18 inclusive at Dún na Coille, Mountivers, Sixmilebridge, Co Clare: 1. Amendments to house numbers 11, 12, 13 to consist of increased footprint and floor area. 2. Amendments to house numbers 14 and 18 comprising an increase in the proposed eaves height and associated elevation amendments. 3. Amendments to house numbers 15,16,17 comprising an increase in the proposed eaves height and associated elevation amendments together with an increased footprint and floor area. 4. Amendments to the site boundaries to houses 11, 12, 13, 14. All of the above were previously granted planning permission (P18-519 and P23 60105 Refer). Permission sought includes all associated ancillary and incidental site works

Is sought for the change of approved house type on site no.1 (P18-519 Refers)

For development will consist of the construction of 19 no. detached dwelling houses, 2 no. new site entrances and connection to existing utilities together with ancillary site development works

To complete the construction of 5 detached dwellings ( No.s 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10 ) as partial completion of the development as granted under P05-2260, including alterations to house designs as previously approved including connection to public services, completion of access roadway serving dwellings. Also for permission to construct a temporary entrance to the public road for construction access including ancillary site works
