EXTENSION OF DURATION 15/93: to construct a new single storey dwelling house, install approved proprietary wastewater treatment system and percolation area and form new site entrance

To retain and continue minor alterations to exterior of existing detached dwelling and associated works

For the construction of 1 no. fully serviced, single storey dwelling with new sewage treatment system & percolation area, connection to existing well, new entrance walls and piers to existing lane and all associated ancillary site works

For (1) the demolition of existing extension (2) construct a single storey extension to the rear and side of dwelling, (3) the renovation of existing dwelling (4) all services connected to all existing services together with all associated site works

Of (a) change of use of existing detached domestic garage to commercial use, (b) retain single storey extension to rear of same, (c) retain & complete single storey extension to side of same and (d) retain existing detached domestic fuel store with all associated and ancillary works

To construct detached dwelling, detached domestic garage, incorporate wastewater treatment system/ percolation area, entrance walls and piers and carry out associated site works
