To build a new two-storey extension to, and make modifications to our dwelling house, together with modifications to the existing entranceway, tree planting, general landscaping and all associated site works

To retain groundworks and concrete base as constructed with full planning permission to construct a domestic shed on same. Planning permission is sought for revisions to previous grant of planning Ref 20350. The revisions include a redesign of the proposed extension. Planning permission for part demolition of the existing dwelling, part demolition of the existing outbuildings, alterations and renovations to existing dwelling, new front boundary wall treatment, modifications to existing entrance and all associated site works

For the construction of a two-storey dwelling, septic tank and percolation area, bored well, new entrance, domestic garage and all ancillary site works and landscaping

Development of a milking parlour, dairy, plant room, store, slatted shed, silage base, meal bin, concrete aprons, including re-roofing and converting existing loose sheds and associated site works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.

(a) removal of 2 no. existing timber storage sheds with floor area of 8.60m² & 16.50m² respectively. (b) removal of existing outdoor pool with floor area of 17.50m². (c) construction of a single storey domestic garage with floor area of 60.50m² to rear of existing dormer style dwelling and all ancillary site works
