Planning precedent report

To Extend the Appropriate Period of Planning Permission for P15 /229 for development which will consist of A. Construct new two storey extension, including entrance to first floor, lift and stairs, B) RETAIN change of use from restaurant ( Previous Ref 04-1332) to beauticians, c) Change of use of existing first floor storage area to commercial units including relevant external signage, D)Connect to existing waste water treatment system and services and carry out ancillary site works

For the change of use of offices granted under P15-229 to a GP Surgery, and planning permission for an extension to th eexisting retail unit to incorporate a pharmacy unit, relocation of existing toilet block and RETENTION permission for extension granted under P15-229 along with associated works

For 360m2 of photovoltaic panels to the roof of the existing building with all associated site works.

To construct dwelling house, garage, treatment system, create new entrance to public road and carry out ancillary site works

For alterations to the design of the existing store room granted under P08-665 and Planning PERMISSION to extend the existing store room and for the material changes of use of the store room to a classroom along with all necessary associated works at the Lissycasey Laugh and Learn Centre

To Retain enabling works carried out to date and Permission to construct a new stand alone classroom and shed along with all necessary associated works
