Planning precedent report

Is sought for the following (1) Permission to alter floor plans and elevation to house No's. 22, 23 and 24 on all associated works, (2) Permission to RETAIN alterations to floor plans and elevation to house No. 25 to include front porch, rear extension and rear attic window (previous approved planning reg 19/158 & 17/103 relates)

To carry out alterations to previously approved planning reg: 17/103 as follows; To change house types to plots 22/23, 24/25,26/30 (6 No. 2 bed two storey semi detached dwellings) to 4 No.3 bed detached bungalows with optional habitable attic accommodation and all associated works

To carry out alterations to front elevation, extend and alter rear of dwelling and all associated works

To retain and complete alterations to floor plans & elevations to house no. 22 (previous approved planning reg: 19/158 & 17/103)

To retain and continue alterations to floor plans and all associated works to two number houses, (plots 28 and 29) previously granted under planning reg no's 17/103

For conversion of existing attached domestic garage to habitable accommodation, modification of existing garage door opening to form new window on front elevation and all ancillary works
