For the construction of a new free range laying hen unit with ancillary covered litter store, vertical meal bins, underground washings tanks & hardened areas, and also to develop/construct a new agricultural entrance together with all ancillary site works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.

To retain and complete replacement two storey domestic dwelling under construction, as well as new entrance and driveway, planning permission is also sought to install a proprietary sewage treatment unit and percolation area, together with al associated siteworks. To retain the existing domestic garage and all ancillary site works

Renovate and extend existing dwelling to include: 1)demolish existing out-houses and agricultural shed, 2) renovate existing cottage, 3) new two-storey extension and a new single storey entrance porch, 4) installation of new proprietary wastewater treatment unit and associated percolation area, 5) change of use of existing agricultural haybarn to domestic storage shed and 6) all ancillary site development works

For the construction of a slatted shed including roofed feeding areas, loose cattle area, crush and handling area and ancillary works for the shed (i.e. concrete yard areas and floored manure pit all for agricultural purposes only) all in existing farm yard area, utilising existing farmyard entrance.
