To construct a six bay shed which will consist of slatted area with slurry holding tank underneath and cubicles. Also construct a silage pit, dungstead with retaining walls and all associated site works

For development consisting of retention of (1) domestic garage, (2) alterations to floor plans and elevations of the house granted under Ref. No. 05/961, (3) of agri feed stuff/machinery store, (4) with revised site boundaries and site layout from that previously granted and (5) all ancillary site works

To construct a split level part storey and a half/part single storey style dwelling with detached domestic outbuilding containing garage, car-port and home offices, form new entrance from private laneway, install waste water treatment system and percolation area, together with all associated site works
