Planning precedent report

To demolish 4 no. existing pig houses and associated structures, decommission all remaining pig houses and associated ancillary structures, and, to construct 2 no. replacement pig houses, together with all ancillary structures (to include meal bins, wash water tanks and ancillary store(s)) and all associated site works arising from the above proposed development on/at the site of an existing pig farm. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (E.I.A.R.) relating to this proposed development will be submitted with this planning application. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.

For (1) Demolition of single storey domestic garage extension to front of existing single storey type dwelling, (2) Construction of single storey extensions to front and rear of dwelling to incorporate additional bedroom, living and sanitary accommodation, (3) Carrying out amendments and alterations to remaining existing elevations and floor plan layouts resulting in a revised front elevation orientation to the south-east, (4) Decommissioning existing septic tank and soak pit, (5) Installation of proprietary wastewater treatment unit and percolation area, (6) Completion of all ancillary and associated site works

To retain and PERMISSION to complete a detached single storey domestic storage shed at the side and rear of existing detached dwelling and all associated site works

Will consist of: (1) Erection of part single storey and part two storey extension to the side and rear of existing two storey dwelling, conversion of existing attic space to form habitable accommodation, erection of rear attached carport and alterations to existing building layout & elevations. (2) Remove existing prefabricated steel shed and erect detached Domestic Garage. (3) All ancillary site works

For (1) Construction of walled silage pits to rear of existing farmyard, (2) Completion of all associated and ancillary site works

Of the construction of single storey extension to the rear of existing two storey dwelling and complete all ancillary site works
