Construct 1 no. free range poultry house and 1 no. manure store together with all ancillary structures (to include meal bin(s) and soiled water tanks(s)) and all associated site works arising from the above proposed development. Significant further information and revised plans have been sumitted.

To construct (a) a single storey extension to the side of existing dwelling and (b) proposed new detached domestic garage, together with all associated site works

For development consisting of a proposed dormer style dwelling, proprietary effluent treatment system, entrance walls and piers and associated site works

To (a) construct a single storey style dwelling, (b) construct detached domestic garage, (c) alter existing adjoining entrance to form a combined entrance, (d) install proprietary wastewater sewage treatment system and percolation area (e) together with all associated site work

For Retention and completion of works commenced under Planning Ref. No. 05/74 including alterations to internal layout and elevational alterations to the property. The development will be serviced by a private well and domestic sewage treatment system on site as expressed in application 05/74

Will consists of: removal of existing shed; upgrade works to existing dwelling house consistent of: replacement of all windows/ external doors, provision of the hipped roof over the rear extension, provision of natural stone finish to the front porch of the house; a construction of the side extension comprising of the open plan kitchen/ dining/ living room; provision of the additional front boundary wall; all associated site works
