EXTENSION OF DURATION 16/177: to construct 1 no. two storey detached house complete with boundary walls and fencing on infill undeveloped site

For the construction of 3 no. 2 storey terraced houses comprising of 2 no. 3-bedroom, 2 storey end of terrace dwellings and 1 no. 2-bedroom, 2 storey mid-terrace unit and all associated ancillary site and services works, including connections to mains services in front of the site

To erect single storey extension to side of existing dwelling, alterations to elevations & all ancillary works at Kilnavara, Co Cavan.

To develop 2 no. training pitches, floodlights, spectator stand, fencing, form new roadway and access bridge from existing carpark and also alterations to site layout to include widening existing access route and all associated works

For replacement windows to the front and rear elevations of the former kitchen block, together with all associated site works. These proposed works are in the curtilage of a Protected Structure Ref. NO 62 as part of the Cavan Town and Environs Development Plan 2017 - 2020

To upgrade and extend existing training pitch / multi-purpose pitch to include new 6 no. floodlights, perimeter fencing, stop nets and all associated works
