Planning precedent report

To RETAIN the following changes made to existing dwelling house; a) the additional first floor area and changes to the internal floor layouts b) first floor windows and rooflights c) changes/ additional windows and doors on the ground floor elevations along with associated site works

For the following works (A) Demolish an existing derelict dwelling, (B) construct a replacement dwelling and garage, (C) Install new effluent treatment system, and (D) Upgrade an existing entrance and driveway from public road, all with associated site works

For development which will consist of the removal of the remains of the old creamery building and proposed change of use of the existing single storey building to permanent residential use, construction of a proposed extension of a multi-use building consisting of ground floor horticultural processing and storage area and residential area, first floor horticulture education / demonstration and storage area and residential area, wastewater treatment unit and infiltration area and all ancillary site works including soakaways, parking, footpaths to facilitate the development

For 1. a) To RETAIN the permanent use of the shed as residential accommodation as constructed. 2 b) Change of use of the proposed first floor storage in the multi-use building as granted under planning reference P16-573 including all ancillary site services and works

To extend and renovate the existing dwelling, install a wastewater treatment system & all other associated site and ancillary works

To construct a dwelling house and garage, with effluent treatment system, new entrance from public road, and all associated site works
