For development comprising of the following works; a) Proposed new single storey dwelling. b) New single storey garage and canopy connection to proposed dwelling. c) Proposed new treatment system, percolation area. d) New access to connect to existing right of way at road. e) and all associated site works, boundary adjustments and service connections

For to erect a dwelling house using existing entrance to family home, install a septic tank and percolation area and carry out associated site works

For the development for a dwelling house, site entrance, waste water treatment system and all associated site works above and below ground
